Fit / Sizing

  • After you complete your purchase, we will send you a sizing form to get the measurements we need before creating your garment(s).

  • For local clients in Milan, we will organize an in-person fitting and offer one complementary alteration. For clients outside of Milan, we will organize a virtual fitting and credit your account for any necessary alterations.

  • If you would like an item in a specific color that isn’t offered, feel free to send us an email at sablo.milano@gmail.com and we will let you know if a custom order is possible.

Shipping/Returns

  • Yes, if you notify us within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order, you can return it as long as the garment is returned in original condition, with no defects, and the tags are still attached.

    Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

  • Yes.

  • Within Italy: 15 euros

    Within the EU: 30 euros

    To the UK: 50 euros

    To the US, Mexico, and Canada: 50 euros

    Please note that these prices reflect the cost of shipping one product, the price will increase by 5 euros for each additional garment.

Garment Care

  • Hemp can be machine washed on the cold, gentle cycle using natural, plant-based detergents. Lay it flat to dry and use an iron with steam (rather than a steamer) to eliminate wrinkles.

    For certain styles, we recommend dry cleaning rather than machine washing, however please make sure your dry cleaners do not use the harmful chemical PERC.

Pre-Orders

  • Our first pre-order period is between November 1st until December 1st.

    During this time, special limited edition items will be available for purchase. All of these products are made-to-order. We expect to ship all products from Drop One by the end of February 2024.

    Please keep in mind these styles or colors may not be released again in the future.

  • Estimated shipping for our first drop is February 2024.

  • We can’t guarantee that we will release any available style in future drops, but a custom order may be possible.

  • Certain styles may also be available as custom orders. Send us an email at sablo.milano@gmail.com to request a specific style.

Transparency

  • Our garments are cut and sewn in a family-owned production facility located in Lecco, Italy.

  • Yes. Our tailors are paid a living wage in exchange for their labor.

  • We work with local suppliers that produce their fabric locally in Northern Italy. All of the hemp we work with is woven in Italy, however due to the relatively low demand of hemp, not all of the fibers are cultivated on local farms.

    Whenever the raw hemp is imported, it comes from GOTS-certified organic farms. This ensures that our materials are cultivated in the most environmentally responsible way possible.

  • GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It denotes that a fabric is grown and/or processed without the use of harmful pesticides or other toxic inputs. Learn more about GOTS certification here.

Custom

  • Custom orders are always possible, even outside of the pre-order period. We offer custom suiting for special events, or we can recreate an existing or archived style in a new color.

  • The cost varies depending on the item(s). Please get in touch with us to learn more.

  • Custom orders are made to your specific measurements. We will either set up a physical meeting to conduct a fitting and record your measurements, or we will organize a virtual fitting to ensure the measurements are taken correctly before putting the garment into production.

  • In terms of sizing, custom orders are made to the client’s measurements.

    For custom suiting, clients may select the fabric and color, as well as specific details like buttons and fit.
