Fit / Sizing

After you complete your purchase, we will send you a sizing form to get the measurements we need before creating your garment(s).

Yes, if you notify us within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order, you can return it as long as the garment is returned in original condition, with no defects, and the tags are still attached.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.
Yes.

Hemp can be machine washed on the cold, gentle cycle using natural, plant-based detergents. Lay it flat to dry and use an iron with steam (rather than a steamer) to eliminate wrinkles.
For certain styles, we recommend dry cleaning rather than machine washing, however please make sure your dry cleaners do not use the harmful chemical PERC.

When special, limited edition items are available for purchase, these products are made-to-order.
Please keep in mind these styles or colors may not be released again in the future.
Due to limited production runs, we cannot guarantee the availability of any style or color in the future, however custom orders may be possible.

Our garments are cut and sewn in a family-owned production facility located in Lecco, Italy or in the atelier of our lovely seamstress in Milan, Italy.
Yes. Our seamstresses and tailors are paid a living wage.
We work with local suppliers that produce their fabric locally in Northern Italy. Most of the hemp we work with is woven in Italy, however due to the relatively low demand of hemp, not all of the fibers are cultivated on local farms.
Whenever the raw hemp is imported, it comes from GOTS-certified organic farms. This ensures that our materials are cultivated in the most environmentally responsible way possible.
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It denotes that a fabric is grown and/or processed without the use of harmful pesticides or other toxic inputs. Learn more about GOTS certification here.
